Join Jazz as a Brands Manager and play a pivotal role in defining and executing brand strategies that drive growth and maintain relevance across all channels. This position requires leveraging consumer insights and analytics to optimize marketing performance and maximize ROI. You will lead creative, digital, and product-aligned initiatives while managing teams, external partners, and budgets to deliver impactful campaigns. Reporting to senior leadership, you will directly oversee 1-2 team members and collaborate with a broader team to ensure brand consistency and excellence throughout all marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights to shape effective strategies.
- Define and communicate the brand’s vision and mission in alignment with overall business goals.
- Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the product team to develop brand initiatives and communications.
- Translate brand elements into actionable go-to-market plans.
- Guide creative development to engage and motivate target audiences effectively.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing channels and initiatives.
- Oversee UI/UX design for applications and new product journeys to enhance user experience.
- Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns using PPC, SEO, programmatic advertising, and retargeting techniques.
- Utilize analytics to evaluate customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
- Develop and implement testing plans for creative content, messaging, and landing pages to improve key performance indicators.
- Make data-driven adjustments to enhance conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Continuously challenge the status quo to generate actionable insights that fuel brand growth.
- Monitor market feedback and adjust marketing communications accordingly.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, ROI, and other key metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and new opportunities.
- Manage the brand’s digital and social media presence to maintain relevance with target audiences.
- Build and develop a high-performing team.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners for brand promotion activities.
- Manage budgets for marketing communications in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with creative partners and internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing campaigns align with brand strategy.
- Conduct quarterly and annual reviews, providing insights and actionable plans.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies.
- Experience in tech, start-up, or digital portfolios, with a solid understanding of the telecom market.
- Expertise in managing end-to-end digital performance marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of the 3 C’s: Consumer, Customer, and Competition.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and organizational levels.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong critical thinking and data analysis capabilities to derive actionable marketing insights.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Conflict management skills to navigate diverse stakeholder interests.
- Solid understanding of digital products and platforms.
- Creative mindset with innovative ideas for content creation.
