Key Responsibilities
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights to define and communicate the brand vision and mission.
- Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing campaigns aligned with overall business goals.
- Work closely with product teams to design relevant brand initiatives and communications.
- Translate brand elements into actionable go-to-market plans.
- Lead creative development efforts to engage target audiences and drive desired actions.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and initiatives.
- Oversee UI/UX design for applications and new product journeys to enhance user experience.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns using PPC, SEO, programmatic advertising, and retargeting.
- Use analytics to assess customer experience across multiple touchpoints and improve key performance indicators through testing and data-driven adjustments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to continuously refine brand strategies.
- Manage brand presence on digital and social media platforms to maintain audience engagement and relevance.
- Build and develop a high-performing team focused on achieving growth objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners to maximize brand promotion while managing budgets efficiently.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing campaigns align with the brand’s strategic direction.
- Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews, providing actionable insights and strategic plans.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with exposure to tech, start-up, or digital portfolios, and a solid understanding of the telecom sector.
- Proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies.
- Experience managing end-to-end digital performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong grasp of consumer, customer, and competition dynamics (3 C’s) to inform strategic decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and data analysis capabilities to extract meaningful marketing and audience insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective conflict management skills to navigate diverse stakeholder interests.
