Job Summary:

To accomplish the requirements of Product Development, Branding / Styling with a special focus of cost reduction and competitor’s strategy analysis. The job requires accomplishment of adequate sales market research along with analysis sales volumes, market shares, competitive activities etc.

This job addresses the assurance of effectiveness of marketing programs, brand analysis, brand positioning, promotional & advertising activities, powerful packaging and agility for sales & production plans. This requires coordination with the media agencies and media houses for all options of creative/releases in line with the brand position

Job Description:

  • To plan and develop the name, design, style and marketing campaign for complete brands range of the group.                                                                         
  • To design and to make arrangements of all type of Packaging Material for products for all concerns of the Group.
  • To provide the competitor’s marketing strategy, market intelligence reports and pricing analysis.          
  • To ensure the effectiveness of all the ATL/BTL activities for boosting the sales.
  • To use the electronic / digital / social / print media for brand recognition keeping liaise with the creative & media agencies, with a specific view of budgets & economy
  • To manage the out-sourcing / contracts for the packaging / printed / branding materials required.
  • To extend support for the sales teams for various promotions including IMT / LMT / TPR etc.
  • To provide creative themes for shops fascia / packaging and others.
  • To develop and implement marketing strategy to effectively reach customers, communicate the value proposition of the product and influence purchase of product through information/promotions by the selected mediums.     
  • To provide monthly product updates to management.
  • To liaise with production, store, sales and keep focus on the consumptions
  • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
  • To develop Brand & Marketing team and delegate them with a focus of timely accomplishments
