We are opening a new bakery & retail outlet and are looking for a Site Supervisor who will manage the complete site execution according to drawings and brand requirements. The ideal candidate must have experience with bakery/restaurant outlets, understanding of kitchen equipment installation, food-grade materials, signage, and branding layouts.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise construction and interior works (civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior finishes) specifically for food retail outlets
- Ensure kitchen equipment, counters, and storage areas are installed as per design and hygiene standards
- Oversee display setups, customer areas, serving counters, signage, and branding walls
- Manage vendors and contractors: equipment suppliers, signage makers, carpenters, electricians, painters, and HVAC teams
- Check materials and finishes suitable for bakery/restaurant (tiles, stainless steel, food-grade surfaces, lighting, etc.)
- Coordinate with management to meet brand identity and quality standards
- Monitor site safety, cleanliness, and ensure timely project delivery
Qualifications & Experience
- DAE Civil / B.Tech Civil / Construction Management (or equivalent)
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in bakery, restaurant, café, or food retail fit-out projects
- Practical knowledge of drawings, kitchen layouts, and food outlet compliance requirements
- Familiarity with bakery/restaurant equipment installation and customer area designs
- Strong vendor management and on-site coordination skills

- Specialized experience in retail & restaurant/bakery site execution
- Knowledge of materials, branding, and signage for food outlets
- Strong time management and ability to meet opening deadlines
- Good communication & reporting skills
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge (advantage)
