Looking for a graphic designer to join our new team at Brand Hawks. A new digital marketing agency bringing our portfolio and services to Pakistan. Serving our clients (some amazing international names) in Middle East and in other countries around the world. It is a great opportunity for some one to work in an environment where they can learn and get to work on something fresh everyday.
The designer we look for should have creative mind and ability to incorporate fresh new concepts with corporate requirements, producing high quality work under the predefined guidelines and standards. With guidance and supervision he /she will be responsible for ensuring consistency of design and brand standards across the board. This position includes conceptualization, design, creation and production for print as well as digital medium.
Primary skills needed:
Creative thinking, skills & a great sense of design, not just the knowledge of operating design softwares.
Command over Adobe suite especially Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. Fireworks or indesign would be good to have!
A good understanding of design communication, design concepts/theories, latest trends and application of these trends/concepts for different niches
Design to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate
Ready to explore in new dimensions and excited to do something new/creative with a good attention to detail
Relevant education (Bachelors/Diploma)
Work Experience
Must have minimum 3 years provable experience in graphic designing for print and digital medium.
Experience of working in a marketing/advertising agency is a definite plus
The candidate must also be:
A good team player, courteous and friendly
Motivated, focused and takes a pro-active approach to problems
Sound professional acumen and interpersonal skills
Punctual, with sense of responsibility
Excellent time management skills and meeting the deadlines, this is a key in our field of business.
Preferred as a side skill but not a must:
Content Marketing
Demonstrable experience of writing articles for blogs or website
OR
Knowledge of Web Development (HTML/CSS/JS)
CMS's such as Wordpress
