- Collect accurate email addresses of interested agencies and agents for follow-up communication.
- Maintain a polite, confident, and resilient approach when engaging with prospects, handling objections and rejection professionally.
- Use scripted sales calling techniques to ensure consistency and effectiveness during calls.
- Effectively utilize lead management tools and customer relationship management systems to update contact information and call status accurately.
- Optimize cold calling scripts based on feedback and call experiences to improve engagement rates.
- Manage calling schedules adhering strictly to the availability window of 8:3010:00 AM EST.
- Ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet environment to maintain call quality and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the Brandwings team by providing insights and updates about client responses and potential lead opportunities.
