Responsibilities
- Build and manage paid advertising campaigns through You-tube Ads, Google Display & shopping Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, Email Marketing and Amazon Marketing Services.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Build Sales Funnels & optimize them based upon analysis of customer experiences with other multiple KPI’s.
- Optimize campaigns through tracking and analysis to shape future decision making.
- Actively research new techniques and trends in digital advertising practices to inform the long-term changes too.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Key Skills:
- A working knowledge of paid advertising through 1 - 2 years’ experience in house or agency setting
- Strong analytics and problems solving skills
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, YouTube Ads, Google Display and Shopping Ads, Facebook & Instagram campaigns, email, social media management.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads and YouTube campaigns
- Excellent communication & content creation skills
