- We are a U.K. based Company with offices in the UK, Dubai and Pakistan.
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive- Cold Calling & Lead Conversion, captured through marketing.
- Prior experience in handling Sales for international clients.
- The candidate must be experienced in selling online products like Hosting & VPS.
- The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
Responsibilities
- Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads.
- Performing regular follow-up calls or emails with potential prospects.
- Reach out to prospects through cold calling & Leads captured through marketing.
- Send quotation as per the client requirement.
- Follow up with potential leads to drive to maturity.
- Identify and respond to client needs.
- To develop and maintain a sales pipeline.
- 3 years of international sales experience in dealing with Native English speaking B2B clients (UK & US)
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English with a British/ American accent is a must.
- Must be able to prospect leads through existing clients, cold calling and other sources.
- Must possess flawless telephone manners, excellent command over written and spoken English
- Able to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from existing clients.
- Excellent negotiation and queries handling skills
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English with a British / American accent.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate troubleshooting steps in layman's terms (to the customer)
