We are seeking a reliable Accounts Intern, the ideal candidate will be capable of performing job tasks with minimal supervision.
- He should be extremely organized and have great time management skills.
- The Accounts Intern will report to the Accounts Manager and work with the team to accomplish interdepartmental goals.
Following are some of the main responsibilities/duties you would be required to perform:
- Prepare reports using Ms. Excel
- Data Entry
- Ensuring financial records are maintained as per procedures
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining financial databases
- Maintains protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
- Documenting Financial transactions by entering accounts information
Candidacy Requirements:
- Proficiency with bookkeeping software like Excel
- Strong typing skills.
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Professional manner and strong ethical code.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
Contract length:
- 3 months
Part-time hours:
- 15 per week
