Job Description

We are seeking a Consultant Trainer to act as the lead for our team of in-house trainers. Your role will be to improve the engagement/impact of the training by using the latest training methodologies and provide support to the team to improve and revamp the function of the department. Job Responsibility

  • Ensuring consistent, high-quality training is delivered in accordance with the training template to live chat agents.
  • The Lead Trainer will be the champion of any undertaken project, articulating new working practices, offering encouragement, reassurance, and support to a team of trainers.
  • You will encourage the team to think creatively regarding different solutions for operating, maintaining, and developing the training modules.
  • Use effective training method and techniques, is responsible for training the trainers on delivering training programs
  • Experts on new products/services, selling skills, or new business initiatives.
  • Identifies gaps in the training curriculum, obtains approval for resolution, and takes action to correct.
  • Prepares and submits training reports to appropriate management. Interacts with clients on specific tasks, projects, and assignments.
  • You will keep records on the impact of existing training programs and determine what, if any, improvements should be made. You must regularly review the records of training sessions for employees and analyze whether the sessions have helped workers improve their performances.
  • You will meet with management regularly to report on the progress of training programs and address any issues that arise.

Candidacy Requirements

  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of BPO Operations
  • Knowledge in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and some of the online training and collaboration tools such as Zoom
  • Experience in Content development
  • With a solid understanding of Learning Methodology and Engagement, Virtual classroom management is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • MS/BS in Business Administration or relevant field
