We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team and coordinate all Human Resource Service functions. This position requires an experienced and ambitious self-starter who possesses excellent written/spoken English language skills and someone that can effectively develop the HR service to meet current and future business needs through working in partnership with managers and leaders to develop robust people systems, processes, and progressive HR activities that add value. The responsibilities include day to day performance of the HR Operational Services.

  • Update internal databases with new employee information.
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate staff records and filing system.
  • Address employee queries as per the need
  • Involve in performance management activity round the year for the overall company to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in organizing company events and careers days.
  • Assist in executing employee engagement activities, when needed.
  • Provide support in hiring, the Sales and Development Representatives.
  • Provide assistance and coordination for software onboarding
  • Assistance in transition data on Human Resource Information Software
  • Conducting initial recruitment process including telephonic interviews and coordination during the candidates’ tests.
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Answer the office phone and take calls or messages for HR.
  • Proofreading of content and drafts
  • Ad Hoc tasks from the management
  • Proven work experience of 6 months plus
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing Human Resource Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Familiarity with vendor management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Ms. Excel
  • Team management skills
  • Bachelors in Human Resources or relevant field
