We are seeking experienced Software Developers for our Development department. You will be responsible for day-to-day site design and creation. In this role the individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining web-based widgets and popups along with the company’s website while keeping account for performance issues such as speed of access, design consistency, assisting in the implementation of design across the applications, troubleshooting bugs and issues related to different development environments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work proficiently with the team and individually through the different stages of SDLC to assist the management with timely release.
- Work alongside a team of professional mobile, web and server-side developers.
- Solving relevant problems with modern technology and creativity.
- Continuously engaging in learning, adjusting and extending the understanding of the technology, techniques, and tricks of software development.
Candidacy Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on .Net development (or equivalent C++ or Java) experience.
- Hands on experience of Architecture design, development, testing and unit testing.
- Experience performing code reviews.
- Hands-on programming, design, and code reviews.
- Ability to provide accurate development estimates for updating project resource plans.
- Ability to deliver high quality software releases on-time.
- Experience designing large object-oriented software systems.
- Mentoring staff, code reviews, and writing technical documentation.
- Familiarity with database systems and SQL.
- Experience adapting the best aspects of Agile and other methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Ability to provide technical leadership of design, implementation, and process.
Desired Skills
- Experience of using stress testing tools.
- Experience of Source control including Git.
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum development.
- Knowledge of .Net application servers such as IIS.
- Experience in designing for and testing under large data volumes and stress conditions.
- Familiarity with React JS, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Spring, Micro-services.
- Familiarity with Docker and Jenkins.
