We are looking for an HR Executive/Services Specialist to join our team and monitor all Human Resource Service functions.

This position requires an experienced and ambitious self-starter

who possesses excellent written / spoken English language skills and someone that can effectively develop the HR service to meet current and future business needs through working in partnership with managers and leaders to develop robust people systems, processes and progressive HR activities that add value.

Your responsibilities will include day to day performance of the HR Operational Services (leave management, Provident fund, medical reimbursement, Payroll, employee grievances etc) providing effective support, guidance and advice to managers and staff members and delivery of strategic and operational projects and initiatives that maximize performance and enable all employees to engage and contribute to the development of the company.

To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of Service delivery and solid knowledge of labor legislation. Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
  • Administer health and life insurance programs
  • Implement training and development plans and engagement activities
  • Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
  • Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
  • Processing monthly payroll
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
  • Build strong relationships with the employees and managers to develop a consistent approach to people management within the role, across the company.
  • Calculation/analysis of HR metrics including employee turnover rate and analysis of different engagement/satisfaction surveys using MS Excel
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
  • Monitor budgets by department
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
  • Knowledge and experience of implementing Human Resource Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
  • Familiarity with vendor management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Ms Excel
  • Team management skills
  • Bachelors/Masters in Human Resources or relevant field
