Job Description

We are looking for a professional who will primarily focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management. He will be responsible for bringing in new clients/business for the Company through various sales techniques.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Market research to identify potential target customers
  • Identifying and securing business opportunities
  • Generating business leads along with sales opportunity follow-ups
  • Developing and working on targeted sales strategies and KPIs
  • Working closely with other team members to develop new business
  • Arranging meetings with clients to carry out effective and impressive product demonstrations
  • Following up on sales inquiries and responding swiftly along with sending out information.
  • Responding to clients' request for proposals (RFPs)
  • Collaborating to secure, retain and grow accounts
  • Creating and maintaining a database of clients
  • Collaborating with management regarding set sales goals, forecasting, and business development planning

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • BBA, MBA (Nice to have)
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to achieve the set goals
  • Well organized. Excellent analytical and time management skills
  • An effective team player and an independent achiever
  • Strong computer skills (included but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite and CRM)
