The Bridges School, a prestigious upscale school in Lahore, is looking for an academic coordinator to monitor, maintain, and enhance a very high standard of teaching at TBS through regularly conducting the following tasks:
- Determine cluster goals both social and administrative
- M&E Goals of the cluster vis-a-vi enhancement.
- Monitor the Progress of the enhancement program.
- Use KPIs for the enhancement and report
- Check lesson plans and see if the lesson plans are aligned with the cluster goals by grade.
- Prepare summary on performance in the last working week of every month.
- Prepare a summary on parents feedback and parent teacher interaction in last working week of each month.
- Visit a selected club’s meet recorded observations in E -planner
- Check homework and classwork, record assessments and observations daily and send performance box to director
- Observe General environment and tidiness of the classrooms
- Observe use of multimedia and class schedules and class management skills of the faculty.
- Quizzes are needed to be introduced as assessment tools.
