• Primarily communication based duty. Front desk faculty need to be familiar with proper phone and email etiquette and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Daily tasks may include keeping records, scheduling meetings, and facilitating communication between teachers, staff, and families.
  • Will develop professionally sound relationships with students and parents so that progress is well communicated.
  • By facilitating communication between administrators, teachers, students and students' families.
  • By presenting policies and regulations to school visitors.
  • By keeping records of inquiries.
  • By creating reports and filing records of school operations.
  • Being responsible for managing the administrative issues that do not necessarily need the principal's attention.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent. Short-term training in specialized computer systems.
  • Ability speak authoritatively on a variety of topics, including rules, disciplinary measures, and day-to-day operations.
  • May also be required to present policies and regulations to school visitors.
  • To maintain and keep confidential information for all school records, including: Student registrations and class schedules, Academic transcripts, and Teachers' classroom assignments.
  • By oversee the creation of the activities calendar, which means scheduling parent-teacher conferences. 
  • By scheduling the School coordinator’s meetings and teacher observations.
  • By performing various clerical duties. By filing administrative and confidential documents.
  • By meeting with teachers and parents to help keep students' behavior under control.
  • By ensuring that each department receives adequate funding without spending more money than the school is allotted.Communication based work.
  • Work schedule is year-round.
  • Helping students learn, but without daily classroom responsibilities.
  • Candidate will be reporting to Assistant School Coordinator, regularly.
  • Will work in line with co-curricular and extra-curricular faculty.
