A professional typically having several years of teaching and leading experience. Will have to oversee school curriculum, extra curriculum, co-curriculum and post curriculum, and teaching standards. Goal is to create effective learning experience for students. Will develop instructional material, coordinate its implementation with teachers and principals, and assess its effectiveness.

By ensuring that all teaching material is effective and that it meets chosen education standards. By ensuring that all the clusters (subjects) are updated in accordance with learning objectives and latest trends. By reviewing student test data, observing teachers in the classroom and instructing teachers on new instructional methods. By review and recommend textbooks and other educational materials.

Analytical skills to examine student test data. Effective writing skills. Good interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships with teachers and school administrators. Creativity — able to think of new ways to engage students. Leadership skills.

Resourcing the school with appropriate staff faculty. To observe work of teaching staff to evaluate performance, and to recommend changes that could strengthen teaching skills. To explain new standards to teachers, and assisting them in using the appropriate technology during their lesson plans. By training the staff.

By making recommendations for improvement in curriculum and teaching. By coaching teachers on effective instructional strategies. By recommending teaching techniques and the use of different or new technologies. By providing training for the same. By developing procedures for teachers to implement curriculum. By discussing students’ progress with both students and their parents and provide assessments and reports.

Intellectually stimulating work. Work schedule is year-round. Helping students learn, but without daily classroom responsibilities. Candidate will be reporting to Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, regularly. Will work in line with co-curricular and post curricular coordinators. Position will be assisted by an assistant coordinator and front desk faculty.
