A well established company is seeking two (2) permanent Customer Service Representatives with Data Entry experience. They should possess attention to detail and decent understanding of English.
This is a permanent night shift position (10.30 PM to 7 AM) based in Johar Town Lahore. Salary on offer is between 18,000 and 25,000 based on experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately enter, update and verify data into various systems.
- Review data entered into database to ensure accuracy.
- Answer client's incoming chat/email/call.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs accurately.
- Resolve application questions and queries.
We are seeking the following skills and qualities:
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent level of accuracy.
- Good phone manners.
- Good written English and communications skills.
- Desire to learn.
- Patience and friendliness.
- Call Center Experience preferred.
- B.Com. or equivalent Commerce degree preferred.
