We’re looking for a Software Engineer/Developer. You’ll help us improve our products, shape engineering process, and build our software development and engineering team. We’re a small company so you’ll have a lot of autonomy and responsibility.

We expect you to have worked or shown past experience in:
- Rails
- PhoneGap + AngularJS
- ReactNative
- Java
In this position, you will…
- Work on architectural and product decisions
- Plan, scope, design, implement, and monitor features for our Rails app and for mobile apps
- Write lots of code and wherever needed (new features, bug fixes, infrastructure, internal tools etc.)
- Do whatever else needs to be done!
You have many of the following…
- 2 to 3 years of software engineering experience, although we care more about the quality than quantity of experience
- Built web/mobile applications from scratch or significantly contributed to existing apps
- Released features that have impacted tens of thousands of users
- Experience with front-end and back-end
- A passion for making a difference and leveling the education playing field
*Performance based Bonus ranging from 2-4 momthly salaries are common in this role with a significant increase in earnings depending on yearly targets.
