We’re looking for a confident, articulate, and reliable individual to join their Lahore operations team as a Receptionist/Administrator. This role primarily involves phone-based communication and administrative support for UK clients, suppliers, and courts.

You’ll be working closely with the UK office during British business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK time), which means your shift will usually begin around 1:00 PM Pakistan time and may run into the evening.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients, courts, and suppliers in the UK.

  • Manage and respond to professional email correspondence.

  • Support UK-based consultants with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and call logs.

  • Use company systems and tools confidently and efficiently after training.

  • Collaborate with the UK team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English.

  • Clear, confident, and professional telephone manner.

  • Strong written communication with excellent grammar and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

  • Technically competent and able to learn new software quickly.

  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to work later shifts (aligned with UK hours).

  • Professional attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Preferred (Strongly Advantageous)

  • Prior experience working with UK-based or international companies.

  • Familiarity with UK business culture, communication etiquette, and tone.

  • Experience in client-facing, call-handling, or administrative support roles.
