The role is working for a UK-based, well-established, multi-national Education company that specialised in education and training products/courses. We have been recruiting candidates from Pakistan since the year 2015 and currently, over 35 employees from Pakistan are working with us for our tech and marketing departments.
You will be working normal office hours (minimum 40 hours a week) from your home as a remote worker parallels to the UK office hours.
We are in search of a experienced HR Executive who has specialised in recruitments.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting and reviewing applications to shortlist candidates.
- Conducting background checks to ensure that candidates are fit for appointment.
- Contacting applicants' nominated referees to ascertain their work ethic and experience.
- Conducting preliminary interview with shortlisted candidates
- Consulting with members of the applicable team to obtain their input on potential hires.
Requirements:
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
- Extensive recruitment experience.
- Highly organized and thorough.
- Excellent desktop research skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathic and helpful, but firm.
- Committed to furthering our company's reach.
