Newly qualified barristers are required to work for a British Law firm based in the UK and have back up an office in Karachi.
The firm mainly deals with the Immigration and Asylum related matters and provide assistance to detained clients in the detention centres and prisons across the UK.
Rights candidate must have completed BPTC or LPC and have knowledge about the English legal system. The candidates who have completed the mini-pupilages will be given preferences.
Our company also holds a Tier 2 Sponsorship license, so we can sponsor the right candidate after 1 year of employment to come to the UK and work in our UK office.
Duties: Speaking with clients in Hindi or Punjabi language, taking witness statements, drafting legal letters for the caseworkers in the UK.
