Creative Designer

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer, who is willing to take on challenging assignments and learn in the process. If you are a self-starter, who can work with minimal supervision and ready to explore new opportunities, we would like to talk to you.

Skills we are looking for:

· Experience; 1+ year plus: creativity is what we seek

· Someone who can apply knowledge of layout, color theory, typography and iconography to the UI design, screen layouts

· Someone who’s comfortable being part of the initial creative process and who can flawlessly execute ideas

· Good understanding of user experience and psychology (UX)

· Ability to propose creative re-designing suggestions for existing projects

· Create, improve and use wireframes, rapid prototyping, style guides, storyboards user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas

· A problem solver who has innovative solutions to tough interface challenges and creates visually stunning interface designs

· Strong portfolio to be presented during an interview• Excellent communication and writing skills

· Ability to work independently, when needed, as well as collaborate with a cross-functional team

· Outstanding storytelling and presentation skills; present and defend your design decisions

· Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

· Keep yourself and the larger team updated on UI trends, techniques, and technologies

Technical Skills:

· Highly experienced in applications such as Sketch, and Adobe complete suite (Photoshop, Premier, InDesign, Illustrator, XD, etc.) or similar

· Experiencing of making GIF animations

· Experience designing mobile experiences

· Experience of creating social media posts, info graphics, animations

· Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

· Experience working with component libraries and design systems

· Understanding of HTML5,CSS3, Bootstrap and other technologies (such as React, Ajax, Node, JavaScript, VBScript, Cold Fusion, ASP, JSP or PHP) is a huge plus
