Broom Services is seeking a highly enthusiastic and a responsible applicant who can handle pressure and should be well presented at all times as he will be managing high profile clients and projects. We require a “Project manager” who can divert his full attention towards a particular project and is worthy of becoming an important identity to this company.
Job Responsibilities
- Required to oversee daily operations, ensuring employee productivity and rotation, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment.
- Will also meet regularly with management to stay up-to-date with organizational changes, issues, and discuss improvements.
- Will be responsible for the implementation of the strategic direction for cleaning operations on site.
- Ability to lead a team to achieve an objective.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Responsible for assigning duties to workers based on their skills.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and provincial regulations.
Job Requirements
- Applicant should be male with the minimum age of 40 years old.
- Required prior labour handling and management job experience of at least 6 years.
- BBA or any related field degree is required for the applicant to qualify.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to handle labour in industrial, commercial, and corporate sector.
