We are looking for services of "Sales Manager - Real Estate".
Candidates with experience are encouraged to apply.
Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a similar role
- Proven sales track record with a target driven approach
- Basic knowledge of the real estate marketing industry would be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of the sales process (end to end)
- Must have a strong hold on sales & marketing concepts, and strong negotiating skills
- Good Computer Skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To proactively source and sell residential and commercial properties through active development of client and investor relationships to achieve targeted business growth.
- Produce a steady flow of new sales.
- Gain new properties and new business in the market, by providing exceptional customer service
- Extensive knowledge of collecting information about a property, estimating its value and then promoting it for sale.
