JOB DESCRIPTION AREAS:
- PABX Configuration networking setting up and manage telephony related areas;
- Email Configuration, Email forwarder, outlook & live mail configurations;
- Domain Hosting management of websites which should be ssl secured;
- SQL Server Management, Maintenance and handling
- To keep the log for maintenance of the computers installed and assuring that all PCs are in working order;
- Switches and Routers services and network security is a must;
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications;
- Oversee the daily performance of computer systems, scanners, network work, CCTV cameras, DVR security system, printers and Bio metric machine.
- Set up equipment for staff use, performing or ensuring proper installation of network operating systems and appropriate software.
- Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technician for service.
- Prepare evaluations of software or hardware and suggest innovative measures and recommend improvement or upgrades.
- Maintain and keep all backup data to file servers.
- Maintain and update the website and fb page frequently and whenever required.
- Prepare and maintain inventory database system monthly basis.
- Maintenance of websites and Customization of websites
- Manage all social media pages, LinkedIn and Facebook etc.
- Prepare and maintain digital security system to protect our network against improper use.
- Provide technical assistance and support to all staff to make reports and other documents.
- To initiate, coordinate and update systems and procedures related to IT.
