Looking for candidate expert in personalized Customer services, primarily via live chat. This position will assist customers in finding their required products on our online store. In addition, this position will assist Customers with order related inquiries and any other questions or issues. Responsibilities
- Deliver superior Sales & Customer Service while managing multiple chat sessions simultaneously
- Proactively engage with Customers who visit our websites
- Understand the needs of the Customer
- Use product information and available resources to educate customers and assist them in making their purchase.
- accepting orders on phone, giving discounts, verifying billing and shipping addresses, and inform customers of any problems.
- Notify customers about orders.
- Respond to customer email and phone calls as necessary.
- Strive to meet defined metrics for productivity, quality and Customer service
- Other duties as assigned
Other Functions:
- Perform other duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications Education/Certification:
- Understanding of customer service practices
Required Experience:
- Basic Computer Skills: MS Office, Internet Explorer
- Must be very good in English Writing and Speaking
Experience Required:
- 1-3 years of customer care service
Skill and Ability:
- Good interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
- Able to speak effectively with customers to represent the Company
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to resolve routine customer problems.
