- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the stakeholders
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Gives attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The candidate should expect doing these on daily basis
- Create original graphic designs for websites, marketing campaigns, info graphics, blog images, digital ads, flyers, and social media images.
- Take the initiative to understand business needs and marketing requirements to devise captivating design solutions for integrated marketing plans.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Generating ideas and concepts for various marketing and advertising deliverables.
- Collaborating with various teams and leadership for ideas generation and strategic decisions.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
- Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, "After Effect", InDesign and other graphic design software ).
- Ability to apply and perform graphic design skills, including drawing/sketching, typography.
- Ability to take creative direction and work independently and proactively.
- Professional and effective communication skills – both verbal and written. Attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to research and translate design trends into graphic concepts that communicate clearly to the customer.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as a part of team.
- Good project and time management skills, and attention to detail while simultaneously managing multiple projects.
