We’re seeking an Technical Recruiter to support end-to-end recruiting functions. You will be handling scheduling across the entire organization and behind the scenes recruiting tasks including placing strategies. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn about new technologies and recruiting methods. Assists the Recruitment Department with administrative duties that will enhance and improve the full cycle recruitment workload of IT Recruitment.
· Assist with talent acquisition including sourcing, recruitment and evaluation of the technical skills of potential candidates.
· Conduct recruitment intake strategy meetings, clarify successful candidate’s profile and market availability, develop and execute sourcing strategy, & complete phone screens.
· Use direct sourcing and networking techniques to prospect qualified candidates and build a pool of Top Talent.
· Assess candidate competence and present a short list of top candidates for on-site interviews.
· Arrange candidate interviews; liaise with recruiters, candidates and hiring team members.
· Identify areas of improvement for the candidate experience.
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree
· Excellent communicator, polite and professional, verbally and in writing
· Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
· Ability to manage multiple tasks with composure, organization, and efficiency
· Well organized, detail oriented, creative, strategic and analytic thinker
· Outstanding management of time
