We at BTN Marketing Consultants (Real Estate Marketing Firm) are looking for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented Business Development Executive to ensure Direct Sales and to contribute to generating more sales for our company.
- You will be responsible for closing sales deals and maintaining good customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about new products or services using scripts
- Answer queries from customers about products or companies.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Generate new prospects and leads.
- Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Meet personal/team sales targets.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably.
- Ability to learn about products/services and explaining them to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
