We are looking for a talented and passionate HR Professional/Recruitment Specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. HR Manager Responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers. The candidate must be a Business Graduate having proven experience of 2-3 years in Human Resource Management. Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

·         Responsible for the complete Hiring Process from recruitment to On Boarding of Employees.

·         Provide guidance to staff on employment and compensation policies, practices and procedures

·         Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events

·         Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)

·         Screen resumes and job applications along employee filing and documentation

·         Handle staff grievances and take-up for necessary action

·         Control adherence, attendance and punctuality of employees.

·         Understand Official Communication and diary management

·         Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates

·         Work over company culture, employee’s retention, and separation management.

·         Manage other areas of HR like Employees' Time management, Leaves management etc.

·         Train and advise new employees about company business and target market.

·         Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Requirements

·         Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role

·         Hands-on experience with different job sites.

·         Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook etc.

·         Familiarity with applicant tracking systems

·         Strong interpersonal skills

·         Good written and verbal communications skills

·         Team spirit

·         Minimum Graduate in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
