Bttribes is looking for a Front Desk officer to undertake all reception and clerical duties at their corporate office.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being exceptionally good in customer service.
· Greeting guests, answering phones and handling company inquiries
· Operation of telephone exchange-Receive telephone calls and connect them to concerned individuals.
· Maintain a record of all in-coming and out-going calls and walk-ins.
· Assist the visitors in meeting the intended person.
· Maintain attendance, staff movement sheets and other work assigned by Management.
· Customer service orientation
· Proven experience as front desk representative
· Knowledge of office management and MS Office
· Proficient in English with Strong communication skills
