Buckingham Home Private Limited is seeking a skilled Ebay Expert On-Site with at least five years of experience in managing and optimizing Ebay accounts. The ideal candidate demonstrates proficiency in Ebay listing optimization, inventory management, customer service, and compliance with Ebay seller policies. This role involves analyzing competitor activity and using data analysis tools to improve product visibility and sales performance on the Ebay platform. The candidate should be familiar with order management systems such as Linnworks and tools like Frooition to enhance seller performance. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage Ebay listings from creation to sale while maintaining high standards of customer service. Although this position does not involve managing a team, the successful candidate must work independently to monitor account health, optimize listings, and handle daily inventory and order processes. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Excel for data analysis are essential to support decision-making and optimize overall Ebay store operations.
Responsibilities
- Optimize Ebay product listings by updating titles, descriptions, images, and pricing to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
- Manage inventory levels accurately across the Ebay platform to ensure products are in stock and orders are fulfilled efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to buyer inquiries, resolving disputes, and maintaining positive feedback ratings.
- Ensure compliance with Ebay seller policies to avoid account suspensions or penalties and maintain a healthy seller reputation.
- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark pricing, promotions, and listing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Monitor and analyze sales data using Excel and tools such as Frooition to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Manage Linnworks order processing to handle order fulfillment, shipping updates, and inventory synchronization effectively.
- Continuously review and improve listing content and store policies to align with market trends and customer expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align Ebay activities with broader sales and marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to sales performance, inventory status, and customer feedback on Ebay.
