We are looking for an experienced retired Army Officer (Colonel / Lieutenant Colonel) to head the operations of a private security company. The Candidate will be responsible to handle day to day operations as required. Considerable experience of security operations will be added advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures.
• Developing a viable Business Plan.
• Getting business for the Company.
• Recruiting, training and supervising security personnel.
• Working with other senior staff members on strategic planning.
• Liaising with law enforcement and related Governmental authorities for smooth operations.
