Role and Responsibilities
- As an Officer of Human Resources, you are required to
- Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
- Oversee recruitment and hiring process
- Conduct new employee orientations
- Process paperwork and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Resolve issues between management and employees
- Advise managers on relevant policies like equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees
- Conduct biannual training to educate all employees on company policies and their legal rights
- Direct disciplinary procedures should the need arise
- Maintain the corporate identity of the organization in all manners of communication and dealings
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience (3+ years recommended) in HR management
- Bachelors in Business, Management or technology-related field. A degree or certification in Human Resources Management is preferable.
- A strong LinkedIn profile is a big plus, but not required to apply.

- Creative with an attention to detail
- Good organization, coordination and time management skills
- Dependable, able to follow instructions and respond to management direction
