- Develop and maintain website using Ruby on Rails framework.
- Importing, cleaning, or transforming data using sql and excel.
- Creating and maintaining database driven front and back-end web-based applications
- Create applications that work in all major browsers and device
- Maintaining existing codebase, to include troubleshooting bugs and adding new features
- Be responsible for work quality and process, ensuring it meets standards and guidelines
- Participate in the full life-cycle development process from gathering requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance
- Resolving site bugs
- Graphic Design: will perform a variety of creative/production tasks to include: UI design, web design, graphics preparation, developing multimedia presentations
Preferred Skills and Experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, jQuery, Ruby on Rails and MySQL
- Good knowledge of Excel and Photoshop
- Ability to design, document, and manage web applications
