  • Executes customer support Calls which will result in maximizing sell-in percentages.
  • Answers customers inquiries.
  • Up-selling and cross-selling while discussing the offered product with all customers.
  • Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Using knowledge base / training material to resolve customers concerns.
  • Follow up the leads.
  • Working in a professional environment with a professional attitude.
