An emerging construction company based in Karachi is looking for an experienced and motivated candidate to lead housing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Take off quantities
- Verify Sub-contractor's progress bill
- Create Project Budget & Control Cost
- Create Project Schedule
- Review Work Progress on daily basis & timely submission of Progress Reports to Stakeholders
- Represent Project Manager in Stakeholder Meetings
- Track tools and equipments
- Draft contract and negotiate terms of agreement with sub-contractor
- Mantain safety at work
- Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements:
- At least 10 years relevant experience with Architect / Builder
- Positive attitude and passion in Construction
- Excellent communication skills (Oral & Written)
- Excellent organization and planning skills to prioritize and balance work
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in late hours
- Software Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD & MS Project
