Ecommerce Operation Specialist with a focus on website, ebay, Amazon and other ecommerce platforms
Key Responsibilities:
-
Oversee website, Amazon and eBay sales, operations and maintenance.
-
Create a detailed listing and offer page on website, eBay and Amazon.
-
To stay up to date with the policy and procedural changed on these platforms.
-
Develop and implement digital marketing strategy in order to boost ecommerce sales and enhanced brand recognition.
-
Manage and maintain the website including front end and back end, optimization such as fixing the website bugs and errors, continuously optimizing website structure in order to get it adapted to customer and search engine friendly.

Run a social media strategy (SNS) including posting and optimizing content for the website, eBay and Amazon and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinerest and Twitter.

Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization SEO and social media Optimization SMO.

Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
-
Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate and landing page load time, increasing dwell time or improving conversion. Work out the ROI of the website sales and revenue.

Identify new trends in digital marketing, eBay and Amazon advertising and evaluate new technologies.
Skills Required:

Experience in major E-commerce platforms e.g. Magento, eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Rakuten and have a broad understanding of how E-commerce works.

Knowledge of world leading e-commerce platforms e.g. Amazon.

Expert in written English.

Experience in managing and running brand website sales with capability and knowledge in SEO, SMO and SEM.

Experienced in analyzing web reports from multiple search engines and perform optimization according to the recommendations.

Expert in Google webmaster tools
-
Able to use tools to catch order/search/review rate and submit reports.
-
Very familiar with western customers online shopping habits, understanding the e-commerce market trends and sensitive in the INTERNET industry trends.

Basic IT skills is required in building a website.

Preferable to have off site link resources and SNS web celebrity resources.

Familiar with Amazon, eBay platform operation.
-
Managerial skills, should be able to mentor and guide juniors.
IMPORTANT : It’s a home based job and the candidates will need a computer and internet connection. Working hours can be discussed. As close to UK working hours as possible.
