Responsibilities:

  • Make strong prospects out of thousands of leads provided by us which over the period should turn into the sales.
  • Create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate with the clients
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Close clients again and again to make more out of this given opportunity.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful Tele Sales and business development in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Salary:

Up to 80k base salary + Uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Schedule:

5 days a week - 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM (Night shift)
