We are looking for a candidate to fill in the position of Accounts Officer.
Major job responsibilities include
- Data Entry in Excel and QuickBooks accounting software
- Keep Proper Filing system
- Manage the General Ledger, including timely and accurate monthly closings, the review of account balances and the reconciliation of accounts.
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Process transactions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets.
- Candidate with at least 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience and person having “Exchange Company” experience will be preferred.
