Burger Hub requires a competent and experienced restaurant manager, with minimum Bachelors degree and at least 3 years of solid managerial experience in a well established restaurant.
Duties include:
1) Managing kitchen and shift supervisors, including hiring/firing and training
2) Holding kitchen and shift supervisors accountable for all aspects of their shifts, including attendance, order management and customer interaction.
3) Managing all aspects of daily opening procedures, including receiving inventory, dealing with vendors
4) Holding restaurant cashiers accountable for reconciliation of daily sales, expense transactions.
5) Handling all repair maintenence of premises, including routine and emergencies.
6) Regularly liasise with head office regarding all issues, including payroll, inventory and supplies, wastage control, maintenence and HR issues.
7) Holding all supervisors accountable for customer complaints, issues and incidents.
8) Managing and developing growth and sales strategies.
