Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide support to Client related to upstream and downstream module in matters related to planning, sourcing, contract, supplier management, e procurement, inventory control etc.
Coordinate with QS Section (Client).
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Using the natural language to develop requirement specification.
Documentation for different aspects of upstream and downstream modules i.e. user guides, functional scope document, software requirement specification etc.
