We’re a real estate marketing company based in the USA. We take a data-driven approach to optimize customer engagement and experience by identifying the needs of prospects.
We are looking for a qualified Database developer to define reporting, data analysis request and technical specifications Build, design and deploy web-based front-end report and data analysis using various RDBMS tools.
Requirements
Experience of strong analytical background focusing on data mining, report writing, data visualization and analysis
Strong proficiency with SQL based query writing
Skilled at Stored Procedures, Views, Functions and Triggers development
Skilled at Reports Development using either Oracle Reports, Crystal Reports or SSRS
Skilled at optimizing large complicated SQL statements
Experience with modern relational databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle)
Knowledge of best practices when dealing with relational databases
Capable of troubleshooting common database issues
Great written and verbal communication skills
Duties & Responsibilities
Development of SQL based procedures for Reports and data integrations.
Able to provide accurate estimates on development time required
Maintaining source code using a version control system and strictly following the company’s standards for applications development
Able to work independently without supervision and as part of a team
Handle common database procedures such as an upgrade, backup, recovery, migration, etc.
Profile server resource usage and optimize and tweak as necessary
Ensure the performance, security, and availability of databases
Work hand in hand with our Growth Hacking Team
