Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure optimal time management for team members.

- Facilitate communication between departments, clients, and external partners to maintain seamless workflow.
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects by tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records in compliance with company policies.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary materials and coordinating training sessions.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders to maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer and employee satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with scheduling software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related fields is advantageous.
