Sumato Solutions is looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have between six months to one year of experience working on freelance platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr. This role focuses on lead generation, client communication, and closing deals efficiently. It offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment with flexible hours aligned to business needs, playing a key role in driving the company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork and Fiverr to increase visibility and attract potential clients.
- Generate leads by bidding on relevant projects and securing new clients to expand the business portfolio.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with potential clients to ensure successful negotiation and deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective business growth strategies.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Adapt to flexible working hours as required by business demands.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience of six months to one year working on Upwork and Fiverr platforms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently engage in client meetings.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet sales targets.
- Fluency in English to ensure clear and professional client interactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs and business priorities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Familiarity with software development services and IT solutions is an advantage.
- This is a full-time position with a starting salary of Rs40,000 per month.
