We are currently looking for a motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our energetic team. This role suits individuals who are passionate about sales outreach, comfortable with call center-style engagement, and eager to build a career in a technology-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential leads through multiple channels such as phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify prospects efficiently and arrange product demonstrations for the Sales Team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely lead information while tracking all outreach activities.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of outreach strategies with target market segments.
- Follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospects throughout the sales funnel to maximize conversion.
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets to support business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, telesales, or a call center environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software tools.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and confident when engaging with new contacts.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
