We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a full-time capacity, focusing on business development and client acquisition. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities.
- Support outbound sales activities, including cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and phone calls.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client pitches to facilitate the sales process.
- Maintain and update CRM tools to ensure accurate management of lead databases.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute strategic initiatives effectively.
- Track and analyze outreach performance, providing regular progress reports.
- Participate in virtual meetings with potential clients to observe and learn from experienced team members.

Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for client interaction and teamwork.
- Demonstrated interest in sales, lead generation, and managing client relationships.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools such as LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
