We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager / Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Gulf Star Services in Karachi. This full-time position involves managing daily sales operations, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales team to achieve and surpass targets. The ideal candidate will bring experience, confidence, and strong proficiency in CRM software to effectively monitor leads, track performance, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily sales activities and provide ongoing support to the sales team.
- Assist in the development and execution of effective sales strategies.
- Ensure the sales team consistently updates the CRM system with accurate and timely lead information.
- Conduct follow-ups on high-priority leads and support the closing of deals.
- Maintain strong client relationships and professionally manage any escalated issues.
- Monitor team performance, prepare progress reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Enforce compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain discipline within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in sales or coordination roles.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
