The Business Development Manager at JazzCash plays a crucial leadership role focused on driving business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and effective sales team management. This position is responsible for expanding the payments ecosystem by developing a strong network of payment acceptance points and facilitating merchant-to-distributor payments. Key Responsibilities

- Execute the development of an end-to-end on-ground payments ecosystem powered by JazzCash mobile wallets, focusing on building a robust network of payment acceptance points and merchant-to-distributor (M2D) payments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at business expansion by identifying new market segments and growth opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities, and propose actionable solutions to improve business efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and guide the sales team to consistently meet monthly targets aligned with overall business goals.
- Establish clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team to ensure alignment with company strategy.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to support business growth and collaboration.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to management to aid in informed decision-making.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team, ensuring they are prepared to meet business objectives.
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout all business operations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business development, strategic planning, or sales management, preferably within FMCG, Telecommunications, or related industries.
- Proven experience in team leadership and management.
- Expertise in Distribution Management and Key Stakeholder Engagement.
